Integrations Oneop actually ships
Every integration on this page exists in the product and is verified against the code that runs it. There are 19, and this page is the complete list. Each one says what it syncs and in which direction, on its own page.
Two structural facts before the list. First, credentials for your integrations are stored per-workspace, encrypted with AES-256-GCM — never in shared configuration. Second, every inbound webhook Oneop accepts is signature-verified and fail-closed: an unverified event is rejected, not trusted.
Put chat on your website
The Oneop chat widget installs on any website with one <script> tag — no vendor required — and WordPress gets an official plugin. The widget is not listed as a vendor card because it needs no vendor: one script tag plus your workspace's widget key puts the launcher on any site, serving your published bot flow with human handoff into the Unified Inbox.
Run support and sales over email
Email is one of Oneop's two customer channels, and it connects at two levels: each rep's own mailbox, and platform delivery pipelines. Rep mailboxes are the deliverability answer — outreach sends from the person's real address, not a shared pool. Platform pipelines carry transactional mail out and support mail in.
Email-to-ticket and sequences are both opt-in — ask us and we turn either on for your workspace. Both are stated on the vendor pages.
Google Workspace
Sign in to Oneop with Google, send and receive from each rep's own Gmail via OAuth, and let booking pages read Google Calendar free/busy and write events.
Microsoft 365
Sign in to Oneop with your Microsoft account and connect each rep's own Outlook mailbox over OAuth for two-way send and receive that threads onto deals.
IMAP / SMTP (any mailbox)
Connect any standard IMAP/SMTP mailbox to Oneop per user — encrypted credentials, a one-minute inbound poll, and replies threaded onto CRM records.
SendGrid
Oneop sends transactional email through SendGrid and accepts SendGrid Inbound Parse, turning inbound support mail into tickets with two-way replies.
Needs email-to-ticket, which is opt-inPostmark
Oneop delivers transactional email through Postmark and uses its inbound webhook for email-to-ticket and sequence reply detection, verified fail-closed.
Needs email-to-ticket, which is opt-in
Take payment and keep books that reconcile
Money integrations connect to your accounts, not ours: Stripe Connect pays into your own Stripe account, Plaid reads your own bank, QuickBooks syncs your accountant's books.
The finance module these feed is opt-in, and a workspace owner turns it on deliberately.
Stripe
Oneop uses Stripe for its own subscription billing and, via Stripe Connect, lets your clients pay invoices straight into your own Stripe account.
Feeds the finance module, which is opt-inPlaid
Oneop connects bank accounts through Plaid, pulling transactions and balances on a daily sync to feed deduplicated, confidence-scored reconciliation.
Feeds the finance module, which is opt-inQuickBooks Online
Oneop syncs customers, invoices, bills, payments and the chart of accounts with QuickBooks Online in both directions. Outbound sync runs on demand.
Feeds the finance module, which is opt-in
Sell where your store and CRM already live
Commerce and CRM integrations let the chatbot act on live store data and keep a parallel CRM in agreement. The two storefronts work differently: WooCommerce is read-and-write, with live stock checks and in-chat cancellations and returns; Shopify mirrors products, customers and orders into Oneop so agents and the bot can answer from the record. Each card links to the page that states exactly what its integration does.
WooCommerce
Oneop's chatbot searches your WooCommerce catalog, checks stock, looks up and tracks orders, and processes cancellations and returns in conversation.
Shopify
Oneop installs on your Shopify store over OAuth and mirrors products, customers and orders. Read-only — it writes nothing back to your store.
HubSpot
Oneop syncs contacts, companies and deals with HubSpot in both directions, and the chatbot can look up HubSpot records mid-conversation.
Salesforce
Oneop syncs Salesforce Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities in, and pushes contact and deal changes back out as they happen. Three objects, no more.
Apollo.io
Oneop enriches CRM contacts through a live Apollo.io People Match lookup, filling in title, company, seniority and social profiles from an email or name.
Close the paperwork
Meetings and signatures stay attached to the record they belong to.
Both e-signature integrations need the e-signature capability, which is opt-in.
Zoom
Oneop creates a real Zoom meeting when a booking is made, invites the guest, and auto-completes the meeting via a signature-verified webhook when it ends.
DocuSign
Oneop sends CRM quotes for DocuSign e-signature and tracks signing status via an HMAC-verified, fail-closed webhook. Off until you ask for it.
Needs e-signature, which is opt-inHelloSign (Dropbox Sign)
Oneop sends CRM quotes for signature through Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) and tracks status via an HMAC-verified, fail-closed webhook. Opt-in.
Needs e-signature, which is opt-in
Get alerts where your team already is
Slack and Microsoft Teams receive notifications from Oneop through an incoming webhook you create in your own workspace. Five events go out — ticket created, ticket resolved, conversation escalated, deal stage changed, invoice overdue — formatted as a Block Kit message or an Adaptive Card, with a link back to the record.
Notifications out, to a webhook you create and control. Both are alerting surfaces for your team, not customer channels — your customers reach you on web chat and email.
Slack
Oneop posts five workspace events into a Slack channel via an incoming webhook. Outbound notifications only — there is no Slack app and no two-way chat.
Microsoft Teams
Oneop posts five workspace events into a Teams channel as an Adaptive Card, via an incoming webhook. Outbound notifications only — nothing comes back.
FAQ
How are integration credentials stored?
Per workspace, in Oneop's database, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. HubSpot, WooCommerce, WordPress and mailbox credentials are never placed in shared configuration, and per-user OAuth tokens (Gmail, Microsoft 365) are stored per user and refreshed automatically. Stored credentials are never returned by the API.
What do the Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations do?
They put Oneop events in the channel your team already watches. Five events go out — ticket created, ticket resolved, conversation escalated, deal stage changed, invoice overdue — through an incoming webhook you create in your own workspace, formatted as a Block Kit message or an Adaptive Card, each with a link straight back to the record.
Do the Shopify and WooCommerce integrations do the same things?
They differ, and the difference matters if you sell online. WooCommerce is read-and-write: the chatbot checks live stock, and it can cancel an order or process a return inside the conversation. Shopify mirrors products, customers and orders into Oneop so agents and the bot can answer questions about them from the record. If real-time availability and in-chat order actions are the point, WooCommerce is the storefront that has them today.
Which Salesforce objects sync?
Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities. Contacts and Opportunities push back to Salesforce automatically when they change in Oneop; Accounts are pull-only. You trigger the full pull when you want it, and it takes the first 2,000 records per object per run.
Are inbound webhooks from these vendors verified?
Yes, and fail-closed. Stripe, Postmark, SendGrid Inbound, Zoom, DocuSign, HelloSign and QuickBooks events are signature-verified; an event that fails verification — or arrives when the signing secret is not configured — is rejected rather than trusted. A forged "payment succeeded" or "document signed" event does not update your records.
Which integrations work on the free plan?
The integration layer itself is not plan-gated as a separate line item: chat, WordPress, per-rep mailboxes, HubSpot, WooCommerce and Apollo enrichment (25 matches/month on Free) work on every plan. What varies by plan is the module behind the integration — quotes (e-signature) start at Starter, bank reconciliation at Pro. The pricing page has the full ladder.
Can Oneop sync my accounting continuously with QuickBooks?
Inbound changes from QuickBooks arrive by webhook as they happen. Outbound — pushing Oneop changes to QuickBooks — runs on demand, when you or your accountant decide the books should move. The QuickBooks page states the cadence precisely, because "two-way sync" without a cadence is how accounting integrations disappoint people.
My email provider isn't listed. Can I still connect it?
Almost certainly yes. The IMAP/SMTP integration connects any standards-compliant mailbox — company mail servers, regional providers, legacy hosts — with the same encrypted storage and one-minute poll the named providers get.
