Every plan boundary in Oneop is published below in full, including the numeric limits. Free is a working version of every module rather than a demo of one — it includes the chatbot builder, live chat, tickets, a CRM pipeline, invoicing and stock, each with a cap.
These are plan limits. Some are enforced by the product at the moment you cross them; others are the boundary we sell to and are applied as your workspace's configuration. If a limit matters to your buying decision, ask us and we'll tell you exactly how it behaves today.

What is an AI credit?
An AI credit is one unit of AI work, and it is not the same thing as one message. Different operations cost different numbers of credits, because they cost different amounts to run. A chatbot reply costs 1 credit; a document scan costs 3; an autonomous agent action costs 5.

Every AI call in Oneop is priced against one shared pool. These are the weights:

What happens when the pool runs out
When a workspace reaches its credit cap, the next AI call is refused with an error. It is not queued, not silently billed, and not converted into an overage line on your invoice. Oneop has no pay-as-you-go AI top-up: the cap is a stop, not a meter that keeps running. Every AI call is recorded against your workspace's balance whether or not the cap is switched on, so the usage figure you see is the real one.
Opt-in Refusing the call at the cap is a switch we turn on for your workspace when you ask. Recording usage is always on.
Bring your own key on Business
Business workspaces can supply their own Google AI API key. Do that and your AI usage stops drawing from the Oneop credit pool entirely — you pay Google directly for the tokens and Oneop stops capping you.
How Oneop billing works
Oneop bills one flat price per workspace per month, with a fixed number of seats included in that price. Adding a person beyond the included seats costs $5 a month. Paying annually costs ten months' worth of the monthly price, so two months are free.
One price for the workspace
Your bill does not move when you invite a teammate, as long as you're inside the seats your plan includes. Free includes 2, Starter 3, Pro 10 and Business 25. Most tools in this category charge per user per month, so a five-person team pays five times. Here it pays once.
Extra seats are $5 a month
If you outgrow the included seats on Starter, Pro or Business, each additional seat is $5/seat/month on top of the flat price. Free has no extra-seat option — the way to add people is to move up a plan.
Annual pays for ten months
Every paid plan has an annual price equal to ten months of the monthly price: Starter $190, Pro $590, Business $1,290. Both sets of numbers are on this page — switch the toggle above.
What the price does not include
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Payment for a paid plan is by card. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Oneop subscriptions — it is the legal seller of your plan, it takes the payment, and it adds and remits the tax due where you are. Oneop never receives or stores your card number. Nothing on this page is a contract minimum: monthly plans stop when you cancel them.
If you also use Oneop to invoice your own clients, that is a separate thing and a separate account: you connect your own Stripe account and the money from your clients lands in it, not in Oneop's. Stripe is not involved in what you pay Oneop.
How much does Oneop cost?
Oneop costs $0, $19, $59 or $129 a month depending on plan, and that price covers the whole workspace rather than one user. Annual billing is $190, $590 or $1,290 a year — ten months' cost for twelve months' use. There is a fifth tier, Enterprise, which is not sold online.
Is Oneop priced per user?
No. Oneop is priced per workspace. Each plan includes a fixed number of seats — 2 on Free, 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Business — and inviting people inside that allowance does not change your bill. Only seats beyond the included count cost extra, at $5 each per month.
What is an AI credit, and how many do I get?
An AI credit is a unit of AI work, weighted by what the operation costs to run — a chatbot reply is 1 credit, a copilot query or AI email is 2, a document scan is 3, an agent action is 5, an executive insight is 10. What happens when I run out of AI credits?
The next AI call is refused and you are told so. Oneop does not bill overage, does not sell top-ups, and does not quietly keep spending on your behalf. AI usage is recorded per workspace against the balance so you can see where the credits went before you hit the ceiling. On Business you can attach your own Google AI API key and stop drawing from the pool at all.
Is there a free plan, and do I need a credit card?
Yes, and no. The Free plan is $0 with 2 seats, and signing up takes an email address — there is no card and no trial countdown. Free is a capped version of the whole product rather than one module: live chat, the chatbot builder, tickets, knowledge base, a CRM pipeline, invoicing and stock are all included, with the limits published in the table above.
How much is an extra seat?
$5 per seat per month, on top of your plan price, on Starter, Pro and Business. Free does not offer extra seats — to add a 3th person you move to Starter, which includes 3.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Two months. Every annual price is exactly ten times the monthly price: Starter $190 instead of $228, Pro $590 instead of $708, Business $1,290 instead of $1,548. Both sets of prices are on this page.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one user account that can log into your Oneop workspace. Customers who talk to you over web chat or email are not seats, and neither are clients who log into the project client portal — that is a separate login with its own session, not a workspace user.
Can I change plans later, and what happens if I downgrade?
You can change plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Downgrading changes which features your workspace shows and which limits apply; it does not delete your records. Nothing in Oneop erases contacts, tickets, invoices or stock because a plan changed.
Do the prices include VAT or sales tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies in your country. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Oneop subscriptions, so it is Lemon Squeezy that calculates the tax due where you are, adds it at checkout and remits it.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@oneop.io. Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next charge; your workspace drops back to the Free plan rather than closing, and your records stay where they are. Receipts and invoices for your subscription are issued by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for Oneop plans, and are emailed to your billing address.
Which parts of Oneop do I have to ask for?
Finance and accounting, sales sequences, and email-to-ticket. They are built and working, but they stay off until you ask and we enable them for your workspace. The client portal (Projects and Support) is on for every plan from day one — nothing to ask for; what scales with your plan is your portal seat cap and whether you put it on your own custom domain. Everything else on your plan is available the moment you sign in.
Is SAML SSO included in my plan?
SAML 2.0 single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are Business-plan features. If you need them on a different arrangement, that is an Enterprise conversation — talk to us.
