HubSpot alternative, 2026: a CRM whose records reach the general ledger
HubSpot is priced per seat per hub, with mandatory one-time onboarding fees of $1,500 on Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, and AI billed in credits on top. Oneop is one flat price per workspace, and the deal you close writes through to a real double-entry ledger and real reserved stock inside the same product.

Why teams shop for a HubSpot alternative
Three things push people to look, and they show up in this order.
The seat-times-hub multiplication. HubSpot prices per seat within each hub. On 8 August 2026 the Service Hub tiers were $7 per seat per month on Starter with annual billing (or $20 monthly), $90 per seat per month on Professional, and $150 on Enterprise. A team that wants Sales and Service is paying for both, per person.
The onboarding fee. Professional carries a $1,500 one-time onboarding charge and Enterprise a $3,500 one. That is a real number that appears in year-one budgets and rarely appears in comparison tables.
The gap between the CRM and the business. A closed deal in HubSpot is a stage change. It is not a journal entry, it is not a stock reservation, and it is not an invoice posted against a receivables account. Getting from one to the other means an integration, a sync schedule, and somebody who owns reconciling the two. Teams that ship physical goods or that care about their books hit this wall and start looking for a product where the deal and the ledger are the same system.

What each one actually costs at 3, 10 and 25 seats
Oneop's price does not change when you add a person until the plan's included seats run out. HubSpot's does, per seat, in every hub you buy.
HubSpot figures below are Service Hub list prices with annual billing, read from hubspot.com/pricing on 8 August 2026. One-time onboarding fees and HubSpot Credits are excluded from the monthly figures and noted separately. A team buying Sales Hub as well would pay again per seat.
One thing worth stating plainly, because it affects how you should read any HubSpot comparison including this one: HubSpot's pricing page renders no prices without JavaScript. Fetched as raw HTML it returns roughly five words of body text and zero numbers. The figures below come from the rendered page. Confirm them on HubSpot's own site in a browser before you budget.
Add the one-time onboarding fee in year one: $1,500 on Professional, $3,500 on Enterprise. Oneop has no onboarding fee.
HubSpot Starter is genuinely inexpensive and it is fair to say so — at three seats it is within a couple of dollars of Oneop. The difference is what each includes. Oneop's $19 plan is the whole product: CRM, tickets, chatbot, tasks, and the finance and inventory modules if you turn them on.
Oneop's plans include 50 AI credits a month on Free, 1,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro and 15,000 on Business. A chatbot reply costs 1 credit, an AI-drafted email 2, a document scan 3, an agent action 5. At the cap the AI stops and returns an error — there is no overage line because there is no overage. Extra seats beyond the plan's included count are $5 per month. Annual billing is two months free.

Your team, either way
Move the slider to your headcount. Oneop's line steps only when a plan's included seats run out. A per-seat line climbs with every person you hire, in every hub you bought.
10people
Past Starter's 3 included seats, each further person is $5 a month.
Starter, $19 + 7 extra seats at $5 each$54
$7 per user, per month$70
HubSpot figure: Service Hub Starter at $7 per seat per month on annual billing, read from hubspot.com/pricing/service on 8 August 2026. The one-time onboarding fee, HubSpot Credits and any second hub are excluded, so the real HubSpot cost is higher than shown, not lower.
What Oneop publishes that HubSpot doesn't
Published per-run ceilings: 6 reasoning steps (hard cap 12), 6,000 tokens, 45 seconds and 3 actions — then the run ends as escalated.
Autonomy is a setting you choose per agent — notify only, queue for approval, or act.
Every AI run is stored and badged Simulated or Live, so a rehearsal is never mistaken for a real one.
If you decide to move
There is a working HubSpot integration in Oneop, and there is a CSV import wizard covering 22 record types across CRM, support, finance and inventory. The import shows a validation report of valid, invalid and duplicate rows before writing anything, and there is a rollback window for the first thirty minutes after an import.
Run the two in parallel on the free plan and decide from your own data.
FAQ
Common questions about the HubSpot comparison
How much does HubSpot cost per user?
On 8 August 2026 HubSpot's Service Hub listed Starter at $7 per seat per month on annual billing (or $20 monthly), Professional at $90 per seat per month annual, and Enterprise at $150. Professional carries a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee and Enterprise $3,500. View-only seats are free. Prices are per hub, so buying Sales and Service means paying per seat twice.
What are HubSpot Credits?
HubSpot bills AI usage in credits, priced at $9.00 per 1,000 on annual billing — $0.010 per credit. Plans include an allowance: 500 credits on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise. Oneop's model is similar in shape and different in behaviour: the allowance is a hard ceiling, and when it is reached the AI returns an error rather than consuming more budget.
Is HubSpot's free CRM enough?
For many small teams, yes — and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. HubSpot's free tools are generous and the free plan supports up to 2 users. Oneop's free plan is also 2 seats with no expiry, and includes the chatbot, live chat, tickets and knowledge base plus 50 AI credits a month. The question is which direction you will grow: toward marketing campaigns, or toward orders, stock and books.
Does Oneop actually do accounting, or does it just look like it?
It does real double-entry accounting. Journal entries must balance, and that is enforced twice — once in the posting service and again by a PostgreSQL trigger that raises an exception on any unbalanced posted entry, so an unbalanced entry cannot exist in the database even if application code is bypassed. There are period locks and an immutable audit trail. The finance module is opt-in, so it must be turned on for a workspace.
What outbound email does Oneop do?
Cold-email sequences, built into the same product as the CRM. Each sequence runs inside send windows you set, exits on conditions you define, and is DKIM-signed per sending domain. A rep connects their mailbox and sends from it.
What is different about Oneop's AI?
It is governed and the governance is published. Every AI Workforce run stops at 6 reasoning steps, 6,000 tokens, 45 seconds and 3 actions, then ends as escalated with a full reasoning trace. Each agent runs at one of three autonomy levels — notify only, queue for approval, or act — and actions touching money or stock are blocked at every level unless a separate flag is on. Simulated runs are badged as simulated and make no model call at all. Prompt-injection blocking and PII redaction run on every call with no way to switch them off.
