What's shipped, what's opt-in, and what's next
Most roadmap pages are a wish list. This one is a status list. Everything below sits in one of three buckets — shipped and on, working but opt-in, or coming next — and the bucket is stated next to the capability rather than left to a badge.

What do "shipped", "opt-in" and "next" mean here?
Three states, defined precisely, because the difference matters when you are evaluating software.
| State | What it means for you |
| Shipped | Working code, on by default. You get it the day you sign up, subject to your plan. |
| Opt-in | Working code that stays switched off until someone asks for it. Ask before you rely on it — until then it is genuinely invisible rather than greyed out: the API returns 404 and the settings page redirects away. |
| Next | On the roadmap. Written in the future tense throughout, and it moves to the changelog the day it ships. |
There are no dates or quarters anywhere on this page. A public date that slips does more damage to trust than no date at all, so Oneop does not publish them.
Shipped and on by default
These work today on every deployment, subject to plan limits.
Conversations
Web chat widget and a chatbot builder with roughly 55 executable block types, version history with one-click rollback, and real A/B testing with sticky visitor bucketing. Live chat with a unified inbox, presence, typing indicators, bot-to-human handoff and per-tenant concurrency limits. A ticket desk with seven statuses, canned responses, public replies and internal notes. Support automation flows with durable delays and human approval steps. CSAT, NPS and CES from real survey responses.
AI
AI Workforce agents running a real reasoning loop with published per-run ceilings and three autonomy modes. AI reply drafts, AI ticket triage, chatbot generation from a prompt, document OCR, expense categorisation. Prompt-injection blocking and PII redaction on every call, every plan, with no toggle. Every AI call metered per tenant.
CRM
Contacts, companies with parent/child hierarchy, deals, configurable pipelines with stage gates, live duplicate detection and a merge preview, human-readable record numbering, lead lifecycle and routing, web-to-lead forms that embed on any domain, and Apollo.io contact enrichment.
→ CRM
Tasks
A work engine that attaches to twelve entity types, with subtasks, checklists, threaded comments, watchers, cycle-safe dependencies, genuine recurrence and an SLA clock.
Inventory and warehouse
Multiple warehouses, bin locations, lot and batch tracking, variants, transfers, cycle counts, purchase orders, reservations, picking, shipment and RMAs. Available stock equals on-hand minus reserved, and it cannot go negative. Nine carrier integrations for live rates, labels and tracking.
Reporting
Eleven module packs, 33 datasets, 68 prebuilt reports, a custom report builder with calculated columns, and export to CSV, XLSX and PDF.
Platform
Eight fully-translated UI languages including full right-to-left for Arabic and Urdu, reaching into invoice PDFs. Custom fields across ten entity types with thirteen field types. Guided CSV import for 22 record types with a validation report and a 30-minute rollback window. In-app notifications with per-category preferences. SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM 2.0 provisioning.

Opt-in — working today, switched on when you ask
Real, working code that stays off until someone decides it should be on. Tell us which of these you want and it is enabled for your workspace. Each is stated precisely, because "coming soon" is not an answer you can plan around.
| Capability | What to know |
| Finance and accounting — double-entry ledger, AR, AP, expenses, banking, multi-currency, PDF documents | Invisible until it is on — not greyed out, not a half-built screen. |
| Project management — projects, sprints, time tracking, time→invoice→ledger | Switches on as one module, and fails closed until then: billing, AI insights, retainers, intake and role rates. The client portal itself is not part of this switch — it is on for every plan. |
| Sales sequences — multi-step cadences, A/B tested email steps, branch logic, open and click tracking | Working today. |
| Custom sending domains with DKIM signing | Once on, an unverified domain blocks the send rather than sending unsigned. |
| Email-to-ticket — IMAP, Postmark Inbound or SendGrid Inbound Parse, with two-way threaded replies | Working today. |
| SLA automation on breach | Working today. |
| AI autoresponder — drafts a reply and queues it for approval | Working today. |
| Chatbot AI fallback — a metered Gemini answer when a flow dead-ends | Spends AI credits every time it answers, which is why it is a decision rather than a default. Can also be set per flow. |
| AI copilot | Working today. |
| Advanced AI guardrails — tool allowlisting, action-value ceilings, confidence thresholds | Injection blocking and PII redaction are separate, and always on for everyone. |
| Hard AI credit cap enforcement — a 402 at the cap instead of an overage | Usage is always recorded. This is what decides whether hitting the cap refuses the call. |
| AI Workforce finance and stock actions — post a bill, issue a PO, place a credit hold | Fail closed until enabled, regardless of the agent's autonomy setting. |
| Two-factor authentication for tenant users | Mandatory for Oneop's own operators regardless. |
| E-signature on CRM quotes — DocuSign and HelloSign | Quotes only. |
| Meeting scheduler | Working today. |
| Statutory tax localisation | Working today. |
| Companies, territories, deal ownership, quote-approval rules | Working today. |
| Numeric plan quotas — the per-plan record caps | Plan limits are published as limits. Enforcing them as hard stops is a separate decision per workspace. |
| Onboarding wizard and sample data for finance and inventory | CRM, support and task sample data needs no setup either way. |
Next
Future tense only, and no dates. Each of these is a named piece of work rather than a theme.
A public, SEO-indexed help centre. The knowledge base already grounds AI answers inside the product. Publishing those same articles to a public URL your customers can find is on the roadmap.
A customer-completable CSAT survey page. Surveys are sent today and scores come from real responses. A hosted page behind the emailed link is on the roadmap.
Custom domains and white-labelling. Serving the app and the client portal on your own domain, under your own mark, is on the roadmap.
Scheduled workflow triggers. The execution engine and the durable poller are already running. Exposing a schedule as a trigger in the builder is on the roadmap.
A documented public API. Publishing a versioned OpenAPI specification, SDKs and a developer portal is on the roadmap.
ZATCA Phase 2 for Saudi Arabia. Phase 1 is implemented — UBL 2.1 XML and the TLV QR code. Phase 2 clearance and reporting are on the roadmap.
A widget you can brand. The embedded chat widget is deliberately minimal today. Configurable branding — colour, position and launcher — is on the roadmap.
Whether the opt-in modules become standard. Finance, project management and sequences are complete enough to run a business on. They are opt-in because switching on a ledger or an outbound-email engine without an explicit decision is the wrong default, not because they are unfinished. There is no commitment either way today. If that changes, it will appear in the changelog on the day it changes and this page will be updated in the same edit. Until then, treat everything in the table above as off unless you have asked for it.
Two decisions that will not change
Some things stay fixed on purpose, and it is fair to plan around them.
- One AI model provider, one metered router. Google Gemini, reached through a single choke point that reserves credits against your workspace before the model is called. That is what makes AI spend attributable per workspace instead of pooled, and it is an architectural decision rather than a stopgap.
- No surprise AI overage. Oneop does not sell overage. Usage is always recorded against your workspace, and hard enforcement at the cap — a refused call rather than an invoice — is a switch you can ask for.
Keeping this honest
This page is maintained alongside the changelog, which records what actually shipped and when. If something moves from "next" to "shipped", it appears there with a date.
If the capability you need is in the "next" list and you need it sooner, tell us what you need. It is more useful than a feature request form.
