Support

Something need a human?

Support is by email. Oneop does not publish a response time — there is no SLA instrument behind one — so the fastest thing you can do is send a complete first message.

Support and sales for software teams, without the Zendesk-to-CRM sync job

In most SaaS stacks, the person filing the ticket and the account up for renewal are two rows in two systems joined by a nightly sync that lies. In Oneop they are one record: the chat thread, the ticket, the SLA clock, the CSAT response, the deal and the sequence email all point at the same contact in the same database.

Built for teams where "is this customer okay" needs a real answer

One database, not five synced apps

A ticket's requester resolves to the CRM contact by email match, a task attaches to a ticket and a deal through the same engine, and reporting reads all of it from one place.

SLA clocks that actually run

Breach deadlines computed in business minutes against your working days, window, timezone and holidays — a five-minute sweep escalates breaches idempotently.

CSAT, NPS and CES from real responses

Hashed single-use survey tokens, atomically claimed against replay, feeding detractor recovery cases with a root-cause taxonomy — not a guessed satisfaction score.

Deflect, then hand off like you mean it

A chatbot built from ~55 executable block types answers from your knowledge base and opens a ticket or contact natively. When the flow reaches a handoff block, the visitor routes to a human with queue position, and the agent inherits the complete transcript.

Questions people ask first

How are SLA deadlines actually computed?

In business minutes, from the newest active rule matching the ticket's priority, against a calendar you edit: working days, a daily window, a timezone offset and a holiday list. Default is Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 UTC. First public reply stamps first-response time; resolution stamps time-to-resolution; a five-minute sweep escalates breaches idempotently. The clock does not pause while awaiting customer reply — stated here deliberately.

Can the chatbot escalate to a human mid-conversation?

Yes. A handoff block routes the visitor to the Unified Inbox with queue position and an explicit "no agent available" path, and can gate on business hours. The agent inherits the full transcript because both sides of the conversation are persisted through one choke point.

Is the CSAT number computed from real responses?

Yes — CSAT, NPS and CES are computed from stored survey responses, each submitted against a hashed single-use token that is atomically claimed against replay. One current limit: the emailed survey link's public landing page is not yet routed, so the completion loop is not end-to-end in the shipped app today. It is on the roadmap and this page will change when it ships.

Does Oneop support SSO for our team?

Yes — tenant-facing SAML 2.0 single sign-on with genuine signature, issuer and expiry validation, plus SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and de-provisioning from your identity provider. Google and Microsoft OAuth sign-in are also built in. (This is sign-on for your team into Oneop — not a feature you resell to your own users.)

What reporting exists out of the box?

68 prebuilt reports across 33 datasets in 11 module packs — support, live chat, chatbot, CRM, sales and more — plus a custom report builder with calculated columns and CSV, XLSX or PDF export. Dashboards are Pro-plan and above; scheduled delivery and AI report narration are Business-plan.

Which parts of this page do I have to turn on?

Three: the AI fallback for dead-ended chatbot flows, SLA-breach-triggered automation, and outreach sequences. Everything else in the support workflows — tickets, live chat, chatbot, automation, CSAT — is on from day one. Off means routes 404 and schedulers do not run.
