Get help with Oneop.
Support is by email, at support@oneop.io — the same address the product gives you. Below is where each kind of question actually goes, and what to put in the email so the first reply is an answer rather than a question back.
Start here
Email support
One inbox, for anything that is broken, confusing or behaving in a way you did not expect. Include what the checklist below asks for and you will usually save a round-trip.
Check inside your workspace first
A surprising share of support email is answered by a setting. Module toggles, seats, integrations and notification rules all live in your workspace settings, and permissions are the usual reason something is missing rather than broken.
Not everything goes to the support inbox
Four kinds of question have a faster or a more careful door than a general ticket. Sending them the right way is the difference between an answer and a forward.
Something in the product is broken or behaving wrongly
Bugs, errors, a screen that will not load, data that looks wrong. This is the same address the product itself gives you, so a ticket raised here and a ticket raised in-app land in one place.
Plans, seats, invoices and anything that needs a quote
Published prices, seat allowances and the full feature comparison are on Pricing — worth checking first, because most billing questions are answered there.
A security issue or a suspected vulnerability
Please do not put vulnerability details in a general support email. The Security page sets out how to report one and what happens next.
Data protection, processing and privacy
Sub-processors, data location, retention and deletion are documented rather than answered ad hoc, so the written version is the authoritative one.
Turning on Finance, Project Management, Sequences or another opt-in module
Several modules start switched off and are enabled for your workspace rather than toggled in your settings, so this is a short conversation rather than a support ticket.
What to put in the email
Oneop does not publish a response time, so the honest way to make support fast is to make the first reply the last one. Everything here exists because leaving it out costs a full round-trip.
- The email address you log in with, so we can find the right workspace
- The URL of the screen you were on when it happened
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- The time it happened, roughly — and your timezone
- A screenshot if the problem is visible, including any error text in full
Answers that are already written down
There is no public help centre yet — it is on the roadmap. These are the parts of the site that answer product questions in more depth than a support reply would, and site search covers all of them.
Questions about support itself
How quickly will I get a reply?
Oneop does not publish a response time. There is no service-level agreement instrument in the product, so a number here would be a promise with nothing measuring it. What we can tell you is what makes a reply faster: everything under "What to put in the email" on this page.
Is there a help centre or public knowledge base I can search?
Not publicly, no. Oneop's knowledge base runs inside the product — it powers article search for agents and grounds AI answers — but there is no public-facing help centre yet. It is on the roadmap. Until it ships, this site's own search covers every published page, and support@oneop.io covers the rest.
Is there a phone number or live chat with your team?
No. Support is by email. Oneop builds live chat as a product — that is what your visitors talk to on your site — but we do not run a chat widget for our own inbound support, and publishing a number we do not staff would be worse than not having one.
Is there a status page for outages?
No. Oneop does not publish an uptime figure or a status page, because it has no instrument to measure or report one against. If something is broken, email support@oneop.io — including a report that it looks like more than just you.
I have not signed up yet. Is this the right page?
Probably not. Support is for people already using a workspace. If you are evaluating Oneop, Contact has the four ways to reach us before you buy, and the free plan opens in about a minute with no credit card and no call.
Not a customer yet?
This page is for workspaces that already exist. If you are still deciding, the free plan opens in about a minute and you can bring your questions to a demo instead.
Sign-up opens when the app launches. We will email you once — no marketing list.
