Apollo.io integration — live contact enrichment

A lead that arrives as just an email address is a guess. Enrichment turns it into a person you can qualify.

What it does

The Apollo.io integration runs a live People Match lookup against Apollo’s data: given a contact’s email or name, it fills in job title, company, seniority and social profiles on the CRM record. It is a real-time API call at the moment you enrich — not a stale imported database.

Enriched fields land on the contact record where everything else already lives: lead scoring reads them, routing rules can match on them, and reps see them on the contact’s 360° view.

What flows, in which direction

• Inbound: person data from Apollo onto your CRM contacts.
• Nothing is pushed from Oneop to Apollo beyond the lookup query itself.
• Enrichment volume is metered monthly against your plan (the Free plan includes 25 enrichments per month).

Setup

Add your own Apollo.io API key per workspace in integrations settings. The key is stored per-tenant, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Enrichment usage draws on your Apollo account’s own quota in addition to Oneop’s monthly meter.

What it does not do

• No bulk prospect database import, list building or Apollo sequence sync — the integration is enrichment of contacts you already have.
• No email verification: Oneop does not verify deliverability of enriched addresses through this integration.
• Enrichment quality is Apollo’s data; Oneop displays what the match returns.

Related module and plan notes

Works with the CRM module’s leads and contacts, available on every plan with a per-plan monthly enrichment allowance. Enriched leads flow straight through Oneop’s rule-based scoring and routing, so a matched contact reaches the right rep already ranked.
